The products of the company are in high demand in Ukraine and are exported to the countries of Eastern Europe, the Near East and Asia.
Nik Elektronik Company is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to handle all kind of sales activities in Poland to better serve Polish local customers as part of Nik Elektronik Team.
The successful candidate will help to expand and grow the businesses by partnering with Nik Elektronik. The Sales Manager will be responsible for delivering new business growth and maximizing revenue generation across selected product families. Operating in a fast-moving and ambiguous environment, the successful candidate will have full responsibility for the local performance and of achieving business and financial objectives.
As part of the role, the Sales Manager will need to analyze sales, tenders and traffic data to identify opportunities to help our company succeed in the marketplace and provide competitive knowledge and advantage. Likewise, the Sales Manager will work with a wide range of internal shareholders both within and outside the country to support the development and consolidation of new services. The successful candidate will need to take the place on strategic projects that will drive business growth and shape the future of Nik Elektronik Company. The Sales Manager will need to work closely with Energy Distribution Companies to identify long and short term growth opportunities for each category.
Roles and Responsibilities
· Identify and manage projects to improve customer and sales experience, working closely with internal local third parties and external Nik affiliates related managers
